On November 6, 2012, Ms. Miyoshi Ryohei (33) was stabbed to death by the ex-boyfriend, Hideyuki Kozutsumi (40) = Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, at home in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
On November 4, Mr. Kozutsumi requested us to locate victims’ home address.
Even though we declined his request, another PI agency took on his case, of which result eventually assisted him to murder the victim.

Declined The Request Because Something Was Wrong
We were reluctant to take on the case from this person because the reason for investigation was a little weird. As a result, we could avoid the request of the later-turned-stalker-murderer. It had not been possible to predict it until the incident happened.
The reasons we declined his request are:
- The header characters before @ of the email includes “bitch_shibarie”
- A lot of spooky questions was posted under the ID of “bitch_shibarie” on Yahoo Chiebukuro (the equivalent of reddit or Quora)
- Mental hospital story sounds a little weird

Although we prevented aid to the stalker homicide half beforehand, another company accepted the investigation request and reported the result and the incident occurred.
Since the date of birth of the criminal was November 06, 1973, he meticulously planned a forced double suicide on the day of his 40’s birthday.
The PI agency that reported the victim’s address was not filed any criminal charges, but they disappeared after the police probe. THe subcontractor who actually located the victim’s address through a pretexting call to the local city hall was arrested on November 6, 2013, for violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act. He received a sentence of two years and six months imprisonment with five years suspension in January 2015.
